Stucco, siding, trim, doors, and shutters, pressure washed and prepped before anything is applied. The coating is selected for what the wall actually faces, which is why the finish still looks new years later.

Doors and drawers come off and are finished off-site. Frames are sanded, primed, and hand-finished in place. The kitchen stays usable through most of the project and the bill lands nowhere near a replacement quote.
